Born of Asgard, Thor son of Odin Allfather, was destined to lead. Long entrusted with the Hammer Mjonir, which was forged in the heart of a dying star, and which has no equal (except, you know.. Iron Man's suit.. Captain America's hammer.. The Hulk.. Loki's scepter, Aether ect.) Okay, which has MANY equals, but is still totally awesome. Thor lost his chance at the throne after a temper tantrum and took out his anger by slaying some couple hundred ice giants and starting a war.

He was then banished to earth, where he learned the errors of his ways an fell in love with a human girl over the course of a long weekend (I'm not lying). He then had to battle his brother Loki and destroy the bifrost to save the ice giants (yup, the same ones he started a war with) He is then stuck on Asgard without any way to return to Jane foster.

yet he somehow finds a way to return to Midgard to stop Loki from taking the planet over along with his Avenger buddies.. but doesn't have the time to visit his girlfriend. He returns to Asgard along with Loki and the tesseract... which turns out to be a good bifrost repair kit, so he spends the next year bringing peace to the nine realms once more..

then to events of the convergence happen, and him and Jane are united once more. He once again works with Loki.. but he dies (Oops, spoilers) He next gives up his throne for Jane, and lives on Midgard. However now he regrets that action for he is neglecting his duties as Prince of Asgard for his duties as Jane's boyfriend.

So now he is confussed, angry and restless. Can you help him with that?

He could always use some more friends... or some more enemies (He tends to make a lot of those) however... his relationship quota is full.. thanks to his confused feelings about Sif and Jane.. so if you try to bed this god of thunder, prepare for a hammer to the face... and no.. not the hammer you were hoping for. (THOR MAY OR MAY NOT BE A VIRGIN, JUST SAYING!)

Skills and Talents: As is the case with most Asgardians, Thor possesses superhuman physical attributes, namely strength, speed, stamina, and reflexes. Due to his training and experience, he has become extremely skilful with weapons. Thor is the one of the greatest and most powerful warrior in Asgard. Second only to Odin, he is one of the most skilled fighters to ever walk the planet. Thor is trained in the arts of war and various fighting techniques by his teachers in Asgard. He is an expert marksman, and is masterful in all areas of combat, including hand-to-hand and various forms of weaponry available in Asgard with over centuries of combat experience.

He is known to be very cunning and intuitive in battle, having fought and defeated over a hundred warriors in Nornheim and battled hordes of Frost Giants with great ease in Jotunheim. He was able to fight and gain the advantage with nearly a dozen S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives, while powerless and mortal, with only his vast fighting skills. Coulson stated that "he made his men, some of the most highly trained professionals in the world look like a bunch of minimum wage mall cops." He was able to manoeuvre around the larger Hulk and strike him with ease.

After centuries of practice wielding his hammer, Thor has become masterful in fighting with Mjolnir and is proficient in hammer throwing. He can even block energy shots with Mjolnir, from both Loki's staff and Chitauri weaponry. For over thousands of years, he has led Asgard and his friends into battle against forces with great leadership. Employing strategies and tactics from possibly every culture on Earth, as well as all the Nine Worlds of Asgard (including forgotten ones).

Superhuman Strength

Superhuman Stamina

Super-humanly Dense Tissue

Superhuman Speed

Superhuman Agility

Regenerative Healing Factor

Superhuman Longevity

As the first born son of Odin the Allfather, Thor possesses a number of superhuman attributes common among the Asgardian gods. However, some are considerably more developed than those of the vast majority of his race, second in Asgard only to his father. He has overpowered Frost Giants, hundreds of warriors, defeated his brother Loki who was armed with Odin's spear Gungnir (that said to act as a conduit to channel the Odin Force), and a giant Frost Monster.

Thor is a Norse warrior-god, trained and skilled in the arts of battle, with centuries of experience. As a deity, he has been associated with the weather, strength, bravery and fertility. Thor has usually been shown to rely solely on his superior fighting ability, super strength, and near invulnerability. While on Earth, Thor greatly withholds his power unless fighting someone with similar strength and durability.

His weapon of choice is the all-powerful mystical hammer Mjolnir which was forged from the heart of a dying star. It has been stated be Odin himself that Mjolnir's power has no equal. Mjolnir itself is extremely durable like the Earth metal Adamantium, and combined with the various enchantments placed upon it by Odin, it is, for all intents and purposes, indestructible. It has deflected three blast from the Destroyer (which was able to disintegrate anything that it hit) and return the blast back into the Detroyer. Thor often uses the hammer as a physical weapon, with almost nothing being capable of withstanding a hammer blow or throw. Its abilities include:

Weather Control

Worthiness Enchantment: "Who so ever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor." This enchantment surrounding Mjolnir prevents it from being wielded by anyone save those who have been found worthy.

Mystical Link: Mjolnir obeys Thor’s commands as though it were alive. Mjolnir will return to Thor when he throws it at an opponent.

Energy Projection

Thor starts out as a brash, young, and arrogant prince who defies the will of his father and places his selfish needs before that of those around him. Due to his mighty power and appearance, he felt that he was entitled to rule with an iron fist. However, once he arrives on Earth and meets Jane Foster, who shows him kindness and love, Thor is smitten and begins to develop a humble and compassionate heart. It should also be noted that, by the time of The Avengers, as a result of her influence, he has developed something of a sense of humour. He is also loyal, protective over loved ones (especially Loki), blunt and has a temper which, although he tries to keep in check, is a scary force to be reckoned with when he explodes.

His birthplace, a cave in Norway where Jord gave birth to Thor wasn't exactly fitting of the mighty God. Months after the infant was weaned, Odin brought him to Asgard to be raised and that's where his story really began.

Thor had an idyllic childhood, brought up in Asgard as the treasured son of Odin and his wife Frigga. His best friend and playmate was his adopted brother Loki, and though they were rivals for their father's throne, they still remained close companions.

Brought up in the warrior culture of the Asgardians, Thor valued strength, courage, and loyalty above all else. He desired to be exactly like his father the war hero, and often remarks on the monsters he will slay and the wars he will win when he is king. Thor would be worshiped as a deity of strength and courage among Scandinavian cultures.

He proves himself a great warrior, often leading his band of warriors (which includes Loki, the Lady Sif, and the Warriors Three) on adventures. However, he is also known to be reckless. This becomes evident when Loki jokingly reminds him that he would be dead had he not used a smoke veil to ease their escape during one battle.

Although Odin chose him as his heir, he openly remarked that he thought Thor was a "vain, greedy, cruel boy" after Thor started an ill-advised war against the Frost Giants. It is later revealed that Loki was never in contention for the throne because of his Frost Giant heritage. This means that regardless of his boyish attitude, Thor was always meant to be king.

In 970 A.D., Odin, king of Asgard, wages war against the Frost Giants of Jotunheim and their leader Laufey, to prevent them conquering the Nine Realms, starting with Midgard (Earth). The Asgardian warriors defeat the Frost Giant's and seize the source of their power, the Casket of Ancient Winters. In the present, Odin's son Thor prepares to ascend to the throne of Asgard as King but is interrupted when the Frost Giants attempt to retrieve the Casket. Against Odin's order, Thor travels to Jotunheim to confront Laufey, accompanied by his brother Loki, childhood friend Sif and the Warriors Three: Volstagg, Fandral, and Hogun. A battle ensues which forces Odin to intervene and save their lives, destroying the fragile truce between the two races. For his arrogance, Odin strips Thor of his godly power and exiles him to Earth, accompanied by his Hammer - and source of his power - Mjølner, now protected by a spell to allow only the worthy to wield it. Thor arrives in New Mexico and is found by scientist Jane Foster, her assistant Darcy Lewis and mentor Dr. Erik Selvig while Mjølner is discovered by agent Phil Coulson and confiscated by S.H.I.E.L.D. Coulson forcibly acquires Jane's data about the wormhole that delivered Thor to Earth. Thor, having discovered the location of Mjølner, attacks the S.H.I.E.L.D facility to retrieve it, only to find himself unable to lift it, and is captured by S.H.I.E.L.D. He is eventually freed and resigns himself to exile on Earth as he develops a romance with Jane.

Meanwhile, Loki discovers that he is Laufey's son and was adopted by Odin after the war ended. When Odin, overcome with stress, falls into the Odinsleep, Loki is given the throne as Regent and offers Laufey the chance to kill Odin as well as retrieve the Casket. Sif and the Warriors Three, unhappy with Loki's rule, attempt to discover a way to end Thor's exile, convincing Heimdall, gatekeeper of the Bifrost Bridge - the means of traveling between worlds - to allow them passage to Earth. Aware of their plan, Loki sends The Destroyer, a seemingly-invincible, metallic Golem, to pursue them and kill Thor. Sif and the Warriors Three find Thor but are attacked and defeated by the Destroyer, forcing Thor to sacrifice himself to save them and Jane. In doing so, he proves worthy to wield Mjølner, and the hammer returns to him, restoring his powers and allowing him to defeat the Destroyer before he prepares to return to Asgard and confront Loki.

In Asgard, Loki betrays and kills Laufey, revealing his true plan to use their attempt on Odin's life as an excuse to destroy Jotunheim with the Bifrost Bridge and prove himself worthy to Odin. Thor arrives and fights his brother before destroying the Bifrost Bridge to stop his plan, stranding himself in Asgard. Odin awakens and prevents the brothers from falling into the abyss created in the wake of the Bifrost Bridge's destruction, but Loki, believing he has failed Odin, allows himself to fall to his apparent death. Thor makes amends with Odin, admitting he is not ready to be King, while on Earth Jane and her team search for a way to open a portal to Asgard so that Jane can reunite with Thor.

Much later, the Tesseract, an energy source of unknown potential, ss activated and opened a portal through space, from which exiled Loki, steps through. Loki takes the Tesseract, and uses a sceptre to control the minds of several S.H.I.E.L.D. personnel including Agent Clint Barton, and physicist consultant Dr. Erik Selvig in order to aid in his getaway. In response, Fury reactivates the Avengers Initiative.

Iron Man, Captain America, and Romanoff travel to Stuttgart, Germany to apprehend Loki, who, with the aid of a mind-controlled Barton, is stealing iridium needed to stabilize the Tesseract and demanding worship. After a battle with the heroes, Loki surrenders and is being returned to the Helicarrier in the Quinjet. Thor attempts to free Loki and reason with him. After a confrontation with Iron Man and Captain America, Thor accompanies them to imprison Loki on the Helicarrier.

After Loki is put into the cell originally intended for the Hulk, Thor reveals to the team that Loki is allied with the Chitauri, a powerful and technologically-advanced extraterrestrial race unknown to both Earth and Asgard. Romanoff speaks one-on-one with Loki, and discovers that he plans on using the Hulk as a means of dismembering the team.

The Avengers become divided over how to deal with Loki and the revelation that S.H.I.E.L.D. plan to harness the Tesseract’s power to develop weapons. Fury admits that the events in New Mexico a year before made S.H.I.E.L.D. aware of other extraterrestrial races that may threaten Earth. Weapons developed from the Tesseract would form a means of deterrence. As the group argues, Barton and Loki’s possessed agents attack the Helicarrier, disabling its engines. As Iron Man and Captain America attempt to restart the damaged engines, Banner transforms into the Hulk, despite Romanoff's efforts to calm him, and runs amok inside the ship, soon battling Thor. During a fight with Barton, Romanoff discovers that knocking him unconscious breaks Loki's mind control. Loki escapes his cell with the help of a possessed agent and traps Thor in the cell. Coulson confronts Loki in an attempt to rescue Thor, and Loki then stabs Coulson through his back with his staff before ejecting Thor from the ship. Fury confronts the expiring Coulson, who hopes his death can be used to motivate the Avengers into working as a team.

Stark and Rogers work out that Loki will orchestrate the alien invasion at Stark's New York-based home, Stark Tower, and that defeating them will not be enough for Loki; he needs to overpower them in a public way so as to validate himself as ruler of Earth. Using a Tesseract-powered interdimensional generator Selvig has built, Loki opens a portal to the Chitauri fleet over Manhattan, summoning an invasion. The Avengers rally in defense of New York, but quickly conclude they will be overwhelmed as wave after wave of Chitauri and Leviathans descend. The Avengers keep their ground to hold off the invasion and evacuate civilians while the Hulk beats Loki into submission. Romanoff makes her way to Selvig's device, where Selvig, freed of Loki's control, reveals that Loki's staff can be used to close the portal.

Meanwhile, Fury's superiors attempt to end the invasion by launching a nuclear missile at Manhattan. Despite Agent Hill and Fury's orders to not fire, a rogue jet launches the missile at Manhattan. Iron Man intercepts it and takes it through the portal toward the Chitauri fleet before running out of power and plummeting back to Earth. The Hulk catches him as he falls. The Avengers then apprehend Loki, who is still weak from his encounter with the Hulk. News channels confirm the legitimacy of the extraterrestrial attack and some Americans regard the Avengers with praise and thanks while others call for their arrests. Thor escorts Loki and the Tesseract back to Asgard to take responsibility for his crimes. Fury notes that the Avengers will go their separate ways until such time as a new world-threatening menace emerges.

War issues across the 9 realms, and Thor spends two years bringing peace. He then fights the Dark elves Malecith, and defeating the dark elves. He then joined the Avengers once more to find Loki's scepter and defeat Hydra. Soon Later Ultron rises up and Thor helps the Avengers stop him. He has a dream of the distruction of the 9 realms and returns to Asgard to stop it.

According to his father, this was not right. Thor disagreed, yet he had to serve his father, as he was the rightful king. If Thor had accepted the position after the convergence, maybe things would have been different. The Asgardian Adeline had finally been located on Midgard, having somehow evaded Hiemdell's magic eyes for many many years. Thor had to admit, however much he was against trying to make her return to Asgard, he was interested to see how she had evaded them for so long. The Last time Hiemdell had not been able to see anyone was when Jane had consumed the Aether. Could Adeline have come across some substance like the aether? If so he could see why Odin had ordered her be brought in, for as that was a dangerous substance and had to be destroyed or likewise dealt with quickly, for there were many foes in the universe who could use such a substance of ill.
He had had to take the Bifrost to a location many leagues away from where Adeline had been rumored to be, for fear her seeing it and doing something stupid.. like running or something along those lines. Once his feet had hit dry earth, he twirled his mighty hammer Mjonir and took off into the sky. He did not expect a large fight, but he would have been an idiot not to bring a weapon along. Especially since he was Thor, the God of Thunder, who only had said power because of Mjonir, and to go without it he would be next to powerless, only having his asgardian strength and reflexes.

He located her in a forest, and quickly cursed his luck. There was no way he could effectively sneak up on her now. With such objects like twigs and branches and dead leaves, it was impossible to walk through a forest without alerting others.. especially another asgardian, to his presence.

He however took his chances and landed in as much clearing as he could find that was not the one Adeline was in. However a twig snapped as he landed. That was not to be unexpected, so he pushed the old worry aside and walked into the clearing. He noticed she was afraid of him, which was with due cause.. for he was the Prince of Asgard after all.. and an Avenger.

When she asked if he found her on purpose or not Thor said lowly "On Purpose Adeline. Mine Father as ordered you return to Asgard. Midgard is no place for an Asgardian to live and forget his or her duty as Guardian's and peacekeepers of the nine realms." He did not want to have to fight her, and personally did not want to have to take her away at all, yet he could not disobey a direct order from the king.. from his own father.
